There was something endlessly comedic about sitting down over and over, using the computer for a while, and suddenly thinking “hang on— am I shorter than normal?” Because the chair has sunk for the umpteenth time.
@ajft haha, this is at home. So only one possible culprit to blame when it does happen…
@s0 beware of cow-orkers who lower thy chair! Nothing worse than walking in, sitting down and THUMP, chair is 10cm lower because some tiny legged person has fiddled with it
